I called HPS based on a good review on Nextdoor. Kenneth came within a few hours to give me an estimate. He was professional, knowledgeable, and seemed to know exactly how he would approach the repair of a leaky pipe in an awkward place. He came back the next day to fix the pipe and 2 other small repairs. I would definitely trust him again for repairs in the future.
They are prompt and very professional. The problem was taken care of quickly and their price was reasonable.

I had to call a plumber after detecting a seepage at the foundation. The first plumbing company I called refused to check in the crawl space after the leak was found to not be from inside the house.They basically refused the job. I called HPS and they arrived promptly. Manny and Frank arrived and diagnosed and fixed the problem.I will call HPS first from now on.
Woke up this morning the way no one ever wants to... with two flooded bathrooms. I called HPS and they told me that they would get someone out this afternoon. Well, just a couple of minutes later, I got a call from a tech telling me that he could actually be there right now. So from call to arrival was only about half an hour. Both techs (Frankie and Jesse) were very friendly and helpful, and very clearly explained what the issue was. I can't fault anyone, from the people who initially answered my call, to the techs, to the billing department, on their customer service. Was the price a little high? I don't know. Plumbers are expensive in general, and when you're up to your ankles in water, you're not counting pennies. But there were no surprises. I was told how much the service would cost and why in advance, which is more than a lot of companies do. I will definitely call HPS in the future.
